Start warming up, people! The Sport Relief Games are on the starting blocks!
This weekend, thousands will run, cycle and swim for Sport Relief, which has been raising money to help vulnerable people in the UK and across the world since 2002. So if you’re competing in the Games, go you! But the big question is… what perfume are you going to wear?
Trust us – spritzing a light, subtle scent beforehand can make you feel energised and smell incred! And whether you’re competing on a bike, in a pool or running like a pro, we’ve got the perfumes to match.
Female perfumes to exercise in
Floral scents like Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers will keep you calm and collected, even while you’re running or cycling to the finish line. You’ll love the notes of jasmine and tea rose that keep you smelling delish. Or try a floral aquatic perfume while you swim, such as Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey, which gives you a fresh combo of lotus flower and water.
Male perfumes to exercise in
To smell sensual and masculine while you exercise, we love Davidoff Cool Water, which is perfect for the pool. We promise the notes of peppermint and lavender will make you feel super-motivated. For a lighter scent that’s effortlessly cool, wear DKNY Men, which has notes of ocean mist and grapefruit that we just can’t get enough of!
Also taking part in Sport Relief this year – #TEAMTPS! From Zumbathons to table football tournaments and showing off our best sports gear, we’re ready, steady and raring to go to raise money for this fab cause! Mark Wright, Will Young and Sir Steve Redgrave will also be battling it out to raise money tonight. You may even get a glimpse of cricketer Freddie Flintoff trying his hand at rhythmic gymnastics! Tune in to Sport Relief tonight at 7pm on BBC One to find out more.
