Here at The Perfume Shop, we have every reason to celebrate. Why? Well, two things. It’s been announced that we’ve made it into the top ten UK high street shops in the annual Which? Report. And it gets better – we were voted as the Retailer of the Year at The Fragrance Foundation Awards, which was held on 18 May 2017…
The annual Which? survey of over ten thousand shoppers asked about their previous six months’ shopping experience on the high street, with a focus on product, value, the overall experience, satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the shop.
The Perfume Shop is the only specialist fragrance retailer to feature in the top ten, taking eighth place in this year’s list of 100 best and worst high street shops, with a score of 77 per cent.
This represents a leap of nine places, and 8 per cent, on its position in the 2016 report.
The Perfume Shop is delighted with the position, especially so as it takes place in its 25th birthday year.

And as for The Fragrance Foundation Awards, hosted by Natasha Kaplinsky, the Retailer of the Year award is measured by members voting and mystery shops both online and in store by an independent agency.
