It’s our fave time of year – when Fashion Weeks get under way! And if you’ve been keeping up with NYFW and LFW so far, you’ll know there are some SERIOUSLY big trends on the horizon. Here’s the lowdown – oh, and the perfumes to match, of course…
Trend #1: floral padded jackets
Addicted to floral prints? We bet you are. And we’re going crazy over the floral padded jackets, seen on the Coach NYFW AW17 catwalk. With fur hoods and OTT large zips, there’s a clear go-floral-or-go-home vibe in the air. Oh, and speaking of flowers, have you tried Coach The Fragrance? It’s a sparkling mix of creamy Turkish roses, violet, water lily and jasmine. YES, PLEASE!
Trend #2: red and black
The AW17 trend at the Jasper Conran LFW show was red and black – on flat shoes, biker jackets and graphic-print dresses. Call it want you want, but we’re pretty sure the trend was made for us (they’re The Perfume Shop colours, after all)! And if you’re looking for the scent to match, go for the red and black Moschino Cheap & Chic, with its notes of orange, rose and gooseberry. Mmmm!
Trend #3: animal print
It seems animal print is here to stay. And we’re super-happy about that: you can NEVER wear too much animal print – fact. So when the models on the Michael Kors AW17 catwalk appeared in leopard-print dresses, jackets and scarves (in green, brown and mahogany), we started to celebrate. Want an animal-print party in a bottle? Look to Juicy Couture I Love Juicy Couture, which oozes honeysuckle, red toffee apple and redcurrants. Obsessed.
